Felix is a Member of the Board, President, and the CEO of Emerging Travel Group. He was an original seed investor in the company, joined as a VP of Strategy in April 2013, was promoted to the COO in 2014 and during his tenure as COO oversaw commercial, operational and financial business functions. In 2017 he was offered by the Board to become the CEO of Emerging Travel Group.

Felix is also a co-founder of Moses Capital, an early-stage venture fund of funds.

Before ETG, Felix was an early employee at DST Global, and a General Partner of Start Fund, an early-stage investment fund in San Francisco, which has invested in 400+ startups. Some of his notable investments at Start Fund include Uber, Gusto, Coinbase, Doordash, Instacart, and AngelList. 

Felix attended University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business where he studied business strategy and received a dual degree in Finance and Strategy.
